Dear Captain Janeway,
We would like to state for the record that we hereby refuse to go on any more
away missions in shuttlecraft or the Delta Flier should Commander Chakotay be
piloting. Not only will this prolong the lives of the crew, but we should see a
slowdown of the current rate of shuttlecraft turnover, which is far above
Starfleet guidelines.
